The participant, hereby grant permission to The Artist Shahrokh Nael, (hereinafter referred to as the "Producer"), for the use of his / hers likeness, image, voice, and performance in the film currently titled “DARK SKIES - Woken (hereinafter referred to as the "Film").
Rights Granted:
The participant hereby grant the Producer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any recordings, photographs, or other images or likenesses of his/hers captured during the production of the Film, in any medium or format, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional and advertising materials, screenings, and distribution.
Compensation:
The participant acknowledges that he/she is participating in the Film voluntarily and without any expectation of compensation, and that the rights granted herein are provided without any monetary or other consideration.
Release of Claims:
The participant release and discharge the Producer, its representatives, employees, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of his/her likeness, image, voice, or performance in the Film.
Confidentiality:
The participant agree to keep confidential any confidential information related to the Film and its production.
Governing Law:
This Release Form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
Miscellaneous:
This Release Form constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
